Reflink / The project
A complex service. A clear way in.
Reflink helps football tournaments with referee appointments, logistics and support during the event. On the website, we made the service easier to understand and gave tournament organisers and referees their own routes to contact.

We gave scheduling, appointments, logistics and support a clear flow for tournament organisers.
Tournament organisers can get in touch about an event. People who want to referee have their own way in.
Photography from Reflink’s work, a clear typographic voice and colours from their identity hold the page together.
How we worked / An existing website
The offer existed. We gave it a clearer route to contact.
The previous WordPress website already described Reflink’s services. We kept the core and worked on how tournament organisers would understand the responsibilities and take the next step.
For a similar redesign, you can use our page review for what to keep and change.
“You organise. We referee.”
“Need help with professional referees?”
The button READ MORE HERE led to a separate services page. In the saved page text, the services were described again, without an onward link within the content itself.

The homepage explains scheduling, appointments, travel, accommodation and support. The contact option Interested in referees? opens an email with space for the tournament name, date, location and contact person.

Scheduling, referee appointments and support were important parts of the old copy too. They received a new reading order: tournament needs, planning and logistics, appointments and support during the event. The redesign started with the offer and the visitor’s task.
Organisers and referees received different starting questions.
Organisers need to discuss their tournament. Referees want to ask about upcoming assignments. We gave them separate routes and ways to contact. The referee page asks for relevant experience and lets Reflink confirm which assignments are actually available.
Their own people and materials gave the page character.
The whistle shield and blue colours already existed. We carried them forward with an orange accent and photography from Reflink’s tournament setting. The visual design and specific information each have their own role on the page.

The actual work shaped the website.
The page starts with Reflink’s day-to-day work and helps visitors move forward without first needing to understand everything behind referee organisation.
