An enquiry is not an order.

When you send a question or enquiry, you ask Nolera to get back to you about what you have described. It creates no obligation to buy and is not an order for paid work.

If you request a free homepage preview, we review your business and discuss the idea. We may ask for more information to prepare the proposal and build it once you say yes. You do not need an existing website.

The free prototype

• It is a clickable preview of a possible homepage, not a finished production website.
• It is free and requires no payment details.
• Agreeing to the preview creates no obligation to buy and does not start a subscription.
• It is shown through an unlisted link on Nolera’s domain until the stated expiry date. The date can be extended.
• The link is marked noindex but is not password-protected.
• You may not publish it or present it as a finished delivery without written agreement.

Do not send confidential, sensitive or security-critical materials for a Prototype. Ask Nolera for a different arrangement if the materials require protected access.

Materials you provide

You are responsible for having permission to share and use the copy, images, logos and other materials provided to Nolera. You retain your rights to your materials. Nolera uses them only to handle the enquiry and the work you agree.

Concepts, design and production materials created by Nolera are governed by a separate agreement if you decide to continue.

Paid work requires separate approval.

Our website package costs €29/month, excluding VAT, for 1–5 information pages. There is no setup fee or minimum commitment. The initial build, a design tailored to your business, a responsive layout, standard hosting, SSL, standard contact features and technical maintenance of the agreed website are included. You also receive one consolidated round of revisions before launch.

Larger websites, ecommerce, booking systems, product catalogues, external API connections, other integrations and custom features are quoted separately. Ongoing content work, additional pages and major redesigns are agreed separately.

Domain names, external APIs and service subscriptions are explained before you place an order, so you know which costs are additional. Deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, access, rights and cancellation are set out in a separate written agreement. No paid work starts before you have approved the order. Existing client agreements remain in force.
