Nolera Web / Restaurants, bars & cafés
A website for your restaurant. Make planning a visit easy.
We build new restaurant websites and redesign existing ones with readable menus, clear opening hours and a route to contact or your booking system. Nolera is based in Stockholm. Our projects for TIME Bar and Pappsen show how a place’s identity and guest information can work together.
€29/month, excluding VAT, for 1–5 information pages · Booking systems and ongoing menu updates agreed separately

What guests need
The menu, the place and the next step.
We choose content according to how you work. A restaurant website should help guests decide and be manageable for you to keep up to date.
A menu that is readable on mobile
Let guests see what you serve without zooming into an image. Together, we plan readable menu text, prices and a route to current information. You are responsible for ensuring that food and allergen information is accurate.
Opening hours and an easy way to find you
The address, contact details and visitor information should be easy to find. Holiday hours, kitchen hours and changes need to be distinguishable from regular opening hours. We agree who keeps the information up to date.
Booking or contact that fits your business
If you have a booking system, the website can direct guests to it. If guests should call or email, we make that clear. The provider, any integration and licence costs are agreed in your proposal.
An identity that feels like your place
Images, typography and copy should convey your food, setting and personality. A bar with a programme needs different routes from a café with a lunch menu. We start with your guests’ questions.

Different places need their own identities.
TIME Bar and Pappsen show our approach to identity, visitor information and websites. Read what was actually done in each project.
TIME Bar
The bar’s setting was the starting point for the website. Programme, menu and visitor information each received a clear route.

Make the entire booking route clear.
A clear button helps guests move forward. It also needs to lead to the right place, with a next step the restaurant can actually handle. Start with the system and approach you use today.
When is a booking link enough? See the decision guideGuests should be able to choose before clicking.
A current menu, opening hours and address help guests understand the visit. State whether a booking is for a table, a particular sitting or something else. If group enquiries are handled manually, explain how you receive them; a submitted question is not automatically a booked place.
Try the route to the right restaurant.
Open the link on a mobile and check that the business, language and destination are correct. Follow the steps up to selecting a time and see what happens if your preferred time is fully booked. A phone or email route should be clear if that is your alternative. Make a real test booking only in your booking system’s test mode or by agreement with the person responsible; avoid blocking a slot that could be sold.
Distinguish contact, booking and receipt.
Agree who receives the booking or question, which confirmation the guest gets and how changes or cancellations are handled. Analytics on a booking button shows a click. A confirmed booking and an actual visit require other evidence; do not count them as completed just because the button was used.
Give the information an owner.
Record who approves new menus, changes holiday hours and checks the booking link when the system changes. State how often you need updates and which channels are involved. The website and Google Business Profile each need a plan; information in one does not change automatically in the other without an agreed solution.
Before we start
What should your restaurant website include?
Your business name and an email address or mobile number are enough for the first conversation. Send your current website address if you have one. We then review the menu, images, bookings and updates together.
For a restaurant website with 1–5 information pages the website package costs €29/month, excluding VAT. Booking systems, external APIs and integrations are quoted separately. Ongoing menu and content changes are agreed separately.
The free preview is a clickable version of a possible homepage. We build it once you say yes, with no obligation to buy. Agreeing to a preview does not start a subscription. A finished restaurant website requires a separate order.

Before you decide.
What do we need to provide for our restaurant website?
A current menu with prices, opening hours, address, contact details and the booking route you use. If you have your own images and an existing website, we review those too. You do not need everything ready for the first conversation, but the business details need confirming before publication.
Can the menu and contact details fit the website package?
A defined restaurant introduction with a menu, visitor information and standard contact features may fit 1–5 information pages. We agree the content before you order. A booking system, integrations and recurring menu updates are not automatically included and are agreed separately.
Can you redesign our existing restaurant website?
Yes. We review the content, mobile experience and pages guests already find. What works can be kept. If addresses need changing, we plan redirects and follow up after publication according to your agreement.
Do you build a custom booking system?
A standard link to your existing booking system may be included in the agreed information website. A new booking system, embedded system or integration is not automatically included and requires separate scoping and a quote. We review access, functionality and any external costs before work starts.
Is clicking Book a table a confirmed booking?
No. The click shows that a guest followed the booking route. Availability, guest numbers and confirmation are handled in your booking system. To track actual bookings, you need data from that system and an understanding of what its statuses mean.
Who keeps menus, prices and opening hours up to date?
We agree responsibilities and how to request changes before delivery. You provide and confirm your business details. One consolidated round of revisions before launch is included; ongoing changes to menus, prices, programmes and opening hours are agreed separately. Technical maintenance does not mean the content changes automatically.
How much does a restaurant website cost?
Our website package costs €29/month, excluding VAT, for 1–5 information pages. There is no setup fee or minimum commitment. The initial build is included. Larger websites, booking systems and integrations are quoted separately. Ongoing menu and content updates are agreed separately. You receive the scope and any external costs in writing before you order.
Can you help our restaurant appear on Google?
We can plan relevant content and a technical foundation that Google can read. Google Business Profile and ongoing monitoring can be agreed when they suit your business. A particular ranking, more bookings or indexing cannot be guaranteed.
