What your customer needs

The need, the approach and the first conversation.

Content and design start with your business and your customers’ questions.

01

Recognise their own needs

Describe your services through the situations in which customers need your help. Show the projects you take on and where your expertise fits.

02

Understand how you work

Explain the approach, responsibilities and what customers receive after a project. Introduce the people behind the business and use qualifications and references you can stand behind.

03

Make a relevant first enquiry

Help visitors describe what they need without a lengthy order process. Make clear who replies and which details are needed for the next conversation.

Pricing and scope

Frequently asked questions

Before you decide.

How do we define the content before ordering?

List your services, the customers they suit and what those customers need to understand before getting in touch. We review which needs deserve their own pages and which materials are available. The website package covers 1–5 information pages; larger content requirements, customer portals and integrations are quoted separately.

How much does a website for a consultancy or service business cost?

Our website package costs €29/month, excluding VAT, for 1–5 information pages. There is no setup fee or minimum commitment.

Can you help us organise several services?

Yes. We review the needs your customers seek help with and which services need their own pages. The package covers 1–5 information pages. Larger websites are quoted separately.

Do we need client case studies or references?

No. Clear descriptions of your services, people and approach can be a starting point. If you have case studies or references, the content needs to be accurate and available for you to use.

Can the website connect to a calendar or CRM?

A standard contact route may be included by agreement. Booking systems, calendar integrations and CRM connections require separate scoping and a quote. External costs are explained before you place an order.

Your next step
